Save the date for our Del Mar Property Owner's Association annual meeting. It will be at 10 AM on Saturday May 16, 2026. We will announce the meeting site as soon as it is secured. At this meeting we will be electing four board members.  We will publish candidate bios when they become available.

The Del Mar Board of Directors is looking for help!

If you are interested in serving the community by attending a monthly board meeting and heping with community events and services then please join the board or one of it's committees. To be placed on the ballot for the next general election please contact Election Committee Chairman Cari Wood by April 4, 2026 at 303-870-8068.

At the next board meeting we will "Meet the Mayor" of Payne Springs, Andrea Colaizzi. The next board meeting will be held on Sat 4/18/2026 at 10 AM at a venue yet to be announced.
