Board Meeting for Annual OA Meeting May 16, 2026 10AM at Payne Springs Fire Department

Save the date for our Del Mar Property Owner's Association annual meeting. It will be at 10 AM on Saturday May 16, 2026 at the Community Room at Payne Springs Fire Dept. Elections, property standards and park improvements will be discussed. At this meeting we will be electing four board members. We will publish candidate bios when they become available. Deadline for being on the ballot is April 4, 2026.

The Del Mar Board of Directors is looking for help!

If you are interested in serving the community by attending a monthly board meeting and helping with community events and services then please join the board on one of it's committees. Email any board member if you are interested.

Del Mar is located in Henderson County, in the city of Payne Springs, and on the water of Cedar Creek Lake. We are a built-on site community with Deed Restrictions and Bylaws in place, found on the documents page. We have a lovely community including a park, pavilion, and a private boat ramp with a fishing pier. All new builds, additions, and changes to any current house/property needs to submit an architectural form and retain a permit from the City of Payne Springs before starting your project.
